• submit a completed application pacakge (including the signed participation agreement. Korean applicants must sign both the English participation agreement and the Korean participation agreement) 

• include all original transcripts/school reports for the last 3 years (the current year, and two previous years) in English. NOTE: Photocopies must be certified with a school stamp

• submit homestay application if applicable

• pay the non-refundable $200 application fee

Step 2:

the application is screened for admittance into the International Program

a pre-acceptance letter will be faxed/e-mailed to the applicant or the representative that will include an invoice of fees owing

full payment of fees is required by the specified date on the invoice

Step 3:

• once payment is received in full, the following information will be couriered to the applicant or their representative:

               the official letter of acceptance
               notarized custodian document (if requested)
               arrival confirmation form
               orientation information
               pre-departure information
               homestay information package

Step 4:

apply for a study permit at your local Canadian Embassy

the official letter of acceptance is required to apply for a study permit from immigration Canada

Step 5:

once you have received your study permit and confirmed travel arrangements, please fax the completed Arrival Confirmation Form to our office

review the Homestay Expectations and Guidelines and Pre-Departure Information before you arrive in Abbotsford
