Within the province's sixty school districts, the Abbotsford School District consistently ranks in the top when examining the quality of education. Many of our schools are award-winning, not only provincially but also nationally. The Abbotsford School District has: 19,000 students 1400 teachers 31 elementary schools 8 middle schools 8 secondary schools 300 international students numerous specialty programs Students have the option of indicating three schools that they would prefer to attend on their application.
